Yes, all works come with a Certificate of Authenticity, either from the artist or an authorized institution, when available. We also issue a MOOV Gallery Certificate, ensuring the piece's legitimacy.
All works are carefully packaged in specific materials, developed and tested to ensure their total protection during transport.
For deliveries in Curitiba and the surrounding metropolitan area, we rely on a dedicated logistics partner. For deliveries to other regions, states, or abroad, we use trusted postal services or carriers with extensive experience in air and ground freight.
After payment confirmation, since we work with different methods, we will inform you of the delivery time, which varies depending on the destination, especially if it is outside Curitiba and the Metropolitan Region.
Our e-commerce offers several payment methods, including credit card (national and international), bank slip, the possibility of paying with credit cards and bank slip and/or credit card of different brands in a single purchase.

Yes, Galeria MOOV also accepts commissions for works and artists not currently in our collection. We are committed to providing personalized service, helping you find the ideal piece for your collection or investment. MOOV Gallery packs all artworks with extreme care, using high-quality materials (kraft paper, bubble wrap, and corner protectors) to ensure protection during transit. However, if any damage occurs, follow the steps below:
1) Upon receipt of the artwork: Inspect the product upon delivery. Any visible damage must be immediately reported to the carrier and registered with Galeria MOOV.
2) After receipt. If a defect or damage is noticed after delivery, you have up to 90 days to report the problem. Send three photos of the artwork and three photos of the packaging for analysis via email to contato@galeriamoov.com.br
3) Resolution options: Galeria MOOV offers the following options for resolving the problem: repair, exchange for a similar work or full refund.
4) Forwarding or Collection: The logistics of forwarding or collection will be arranged with the customer, at no additional cost and during business hours.
If the work received does not match the one requested (due to differences in image, size or authorship), Galeria MOOV will make the correction at no additional cost to the customer.
1) Deadline for communication: The customer must report the discrepancy within 7 business days after receipt, via email: contato@galeriamoov.com.br
2) Sending the new product: After confirming the report, Galeria MOOV will arrange for the new product to be sent as soon as possible.
In accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 calendar days after receiving the work if the contract was made outside of a physical store.
3.1. Conditions: The work must be returned in its original packaging, with the Certificate of Authenticity, and without signs of use or damage. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
3.2. Procedure: To formalize your withdrawal, please contact us by email: contato@galeriamoov.com.br
3.3. Refund or exchange: A refund will be issued after Galeria MOOV has analyzed the condition of the returned work. If the refund is successful, the customer can choose to receive the full amount paid in exchange for a coupon for future purchases, or a full refund.
MOOV Gallery guarantees a full refund in the following cases:
1) Refund methods: The refund will be made by credit card refund or bank transfer, according to the original payment method, within 7 business days after confirmation of the return.
2) Financing: For financed purchases, the financing amount will be deducted from the refund, in accordance with the terms of the finance company involved.
3) Credit card refund: Galeria MOOV will send a receipt to the customer after authorizing the refund. The time it takes for the credit to appear on the statement depends on the card provider.
1) Promotions and coupons: Products purchased with promotions or discount coupons are not eligible for exchange or refund.
2) Works with wooden chassis: Works mounted on wooden chassis cannot be returned, except in cases of defects.

Yes, Galeria MOOV sells and delivers to all regions and states of Brazil.
MOOV Gallery will send an email containing the Purchase Order to the email address that was provided when registering on the website and, the respective purchase with a thank you for the purchase, this email contains a link ^View your order^ where, when clicking on it, another window will open that will allow you to follow the entire process of your order.
After payment confirmation, Galeria MOOV has up to 4 weeks to deliver the order to the final recipient informed in the registration at the time of purchase.
