Tania Buchmann

Born in Santo Ângelo, RS and since the age of fifteen she has lived in Curitiba.

Graduated in Sociology from UFPR. Postgraduate in History of Contemporary Art, Aesthetics and Photography in the 20th Century from the School of Music and Fine Arts of PR - EMBAP and in Advanced Photography from UniCuritiba.

He has training in Creativity in the areas of Visual Thinking, Ideation, Creative Unlocking, how to have Business Ideas, Storytelling and Productivity.

She works in photography across a variety of fields. She is the Supervisor of the Photography Center at Centro Europeu, where she also teaches in-person and online Professional Photography Courses.

She is one of the photographers at the company DUAS FOTOGRAFIAS, people photo shoots.

Career mentor for photographers.

Author of the books "United States of Cuba", "The Eyes of Bergman", co-author of "The Golden Shirt" and "Travessas & Travessias".

Awarded at the Blumenau Arts Salon, SC/2005, 11th Itajaí Arts Salon, SC/2008, Honorable mention at the Jacarezinho Arts Salon, PR/2005, Curitiba Visual Arts Salon of 2019.

Participates in several individual and collective exhibitions such as the Curitiba Biennial 2019.

She was a guest artist at FESTimagem/SP, 2015 in the Exhibition “A Contemporary Look at Lapa by Guilherme Glück”, Casa Andrade Muricy, Curitiba/2011, also shown at the Lapa Film Festival/PR, in 2012
