Renato Araujo

Born in the state of São Paulo and currently based in Curitiba, Renato Araújo is a multifaceted artist who stands out in the Brazilian contemporary art scene. With a rich and diverse career, Araújo combines his deep technical knowledge with a singular artistic vision, creating works that capture the essence of everyday life and explore social themes in a unique way.

Graduated in Fine Arts from the Brazilian Academy of Art (ABRA), Renato Araújo also holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Sciences, with a specialization in paint research and development. This combination of skills allows him to explore the materiality of painting in innovative ways, resulting in works that are both technically and emotionally engaging.

Araújo began his career as an art artist and advertising designer, developing a critical and refined eye for composition and the use of color. His diverse background is reflected in his art, where he masters several techniques and styles, with a special emphasis on contemporary figurative art. In his paintings, Araújo captures moments of everyday life with a precision and sensitivity that transform the ordinary into the extraordinary.
