Lucélia D'Roquet

Lucélia D'Roquet is a visual artist from Paraíba who has been gaining space in the national artistic scene. Since childhood, art has always been present in her life and, for her, producing is a reflection of her own identity. With subtle brushstrokes and defined lines, her amalgamated works portray subjective touches of depth, intertwining materiality and spirituality, manifesting what is most genuine in everyday completeness.

Lucélia began her artistic career as a child and, at the age of 18, decided to dedicate herself entirely to art. She graduated in Visual Arts from EMBAP in 2009 and, since then, has exhibited in solo and group shows, consolidating her career as a visual artist. In addition, she teaches classes in her own space, Artelier Lucélia D'Roquet, showing that her passion for art is shared and encouraged by other artists. Her art transcends mere visual representation and moves those who have the privilege of contemplating it. Lucélia D'Roquet is an artist who deserves to be known and appreciated.
